If you encounter a problem with your BALDOR or LEESON motor on a Magna-Matic Product and it is out of the warranty period you may contact us directly 800-328-1110 or bring the sharpener or cleaner into an authorized tech center for motor testing/repair. Magna-Matic exclusivly uses INDUSTRIAL FRAME electric motors - these motors are able to be rebuilt by authorized tech centers.
Replacment motors are only available direct from Magna-Matic Corporation.
